PAWTUCKET IS NOW E-RECORDING WITH SIMPLIFILE AND CSC
Land evidence recordings are being accepted in person, via e-recording, by mail, or through the drop box at City Hall.
City Clerk's Land Evidence records are available for searching and viewing online from 1970 - present. Customers who open an account with us may print documents to their own desktop printers.
These real estate records are searchable by name and include the following:
Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Discharges, including Municipal Court and Zoning Orders, Liens and Discharges, etc..
Real Estate Recordings end 1 hour prior to closing.
