Lifeguard Candidates for Pawtucket Parks and Recreation

 

PAWTUCKET- The Pawtucket Parks and Recreation Division is currently looking for candidates to be lifeguards at the Veteran's Park Pool this summer from July 2 - August 21st. Cash incentives are available for those who complete a full season as a lifeguard with the City of Pawtucket.

 

This position requires certification and special training in First Aid, CPR, and Lifesaving (non-surf is acceptable) which must be maintained throughout the season as a condition of employment.

 

Lifeguard Applicants must possess current training cards or training certificates at the time of appointment.

Wage is $ 17 / hour

·      

Candidate must be 16 years of age or older;

·      

Ability to work 20-36 hours per week

·      

Pool Hours range between 10 am - 6pm

·      

Pool is open 7 days per week, therefore the candidate will be scheduled to work on weekends as well as weekdays.
