Pawtucket Police Recruiting Candidates and Certified Police Officers 

PAWTUCKET- The City of Pawtucket, through the Division of Personnel, has announced an open, competitive examination for Police Officer Recruitment. Applications will be accepted through Monday, September 6, 2021 and must be completed online at www.PoliceApp.com/PawtucketPD. 

“Public Safety continues to be a top priority of the City as we are constantly working to protect and best serve the residents of Pawtucket,” said Mayor Donald R. Grebien. “It is so important for us to have members of our community who want to enter into this important field of law enforcement represented in our public safety department and we encourage them to apply.” 

“Police Officers help people every day and that is one of the most rewarding things you can do in your career; support the community and assist anyone in need,” said Acting Public Safety Director Chief of Police Tina Goncalves. “We encourage candidates and those certified to apply to become an integral part of this community.”
